My Page Just Got Better!

There’s a new feature on the personal pages of PalBee users, the Friends tab. With this new addition, users of the web site can reach out to each other and create a social network in the grandest traditions of these Web 2.0 days.

There is a difference, however, in the way the PalBee friends’ list works, as it is not instantly reciprocal. In order to add someone to your friend list, first visit their profile page, and look for a box labeled Work with <user>, where <user> is that person’s PalBee user ID. Simply click on the button labeled “Add to friends,” and the user will be added to your list. Their profile image and name will show up on your friends’ list on your own profile page. If that user would also want you to be on their list, they must do the same thing.

With this new functionality, PalBee users can keep track of their video conferencing buddies and favorite recording producers and check up on them regularly. They can also send messages and give points to their friends.

 

With this addition, the My Page of PalBee has also been almost completely redesigned.  It is larger to allow for the additional functionality and the layout is more pleasing to the eye.
